ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 362

AB362-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB362-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 5: after that line insert:

AB362-ASA1-AA1,1,6 “3. If the school board or operator of the charter school places an automated external defibrillator in or at an athletic venue, that the automated external defibrillator placement be clearly marked and accessible in an unlocked location in or at the athletic venue during practices and competitions.”.

AB362-ASA1-AA1,1,10 2. Page 4, line 9: after “care.” insert “In developing a cardiac emergency response plan under par. (c), a school board or operator of a charter school shall consult with an athletic trainer licensed under subch. VI of ch. 448 or consider recommendations by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.”.
