AB380-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 5: after “for” insert “criminal”.

AB380-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 15: after “section” insert “on the basis of a complaint establishing probable cause of criminal misconduct”.

AB380-AA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 15: after “pay” insert “, except that if, upon the final determination of the proceedings, the supreme court imposes no discipline on the judge or circuit or supplemental court commissioner, the judge or circuit or supplemental court commissioner is entitled to back pay accrued from the first day of the suspension to the date of the final determination”.
