ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 380

AB380-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB380-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 9: delete that line and substitute:

AB380-AA2,1,4 “Section 2m. 757.95 of the statutes is renumbered 757.95 (1) and amended to read:”.

AB380-AA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 10: after “court.” insert “(1)”.

AB380-AA2,1,6 3. Page 2, line 15: after that line insert:

AB380-AA2,1,7 “Section 2n. 757.95 (2) of the statutes is created to read:

AB380-AA2,1,10 757.95 (2) Before imposing a temporary suspension without pay under sub. (1), the supreme court shall form a panel under s. 757.87 (3) to hold a hearing and determine probable cause to impose the temporary suspension without pay.”.
