AB387-AA3,1,221. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:
AB387-AA3,1,33Section 2m. Nonstatutory provisions.
AB387-AA3,1,84(1) Food stamp program staff. The authorized FTE positions for the
5department of health services are increased by 56.0 GPR positions on the effective
6date of this subsection, to be funded from the appropriation under s. 20.435 (4)
7(bm), for the purpose of performing quality control services for the food stamp
8program under s. 49.79.

AB387-AA3,2,210(a) From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (4) (bm), the department of health
11services shall provide moneys to counties to hire quality control personnel

1necessary to achieve and maintain a low error rate under the food stamp program
2under s. 49.79.
AB387-AA3,2,53(b) From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (4) (bm), the department of health
4services shall expend moneys necessary to prepare for increased utilization of the
5employment and training program under s. 49.79 (9)..

AB387-AA3,2,117(2) Food stamp program. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the
8appropriation to the department of health services under s. 20.435 (4) (bm), the
9dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $69,200,000 for the purpose of
10providing for increased administrative costs for the food stamp program under s.
1149.79 and for the purposes described under Section 2m (1) and (2) of this act..
