1At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB387-AA4,1,321. Page 1, line 2: delete “Act 15” and substitute “Act 15, calling for the
3release of documents, files, and records related to Jeffrey Epstein,”.

AB387-AA4,1,442. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB387-AA4,1,55“Section 2v. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB387-AA4,1,66(1) Release of the Epstein files.

AB387-AA4,1,127(a) The governor shall immediately prepare and file with the secretary of
8state a notice signed by the governor under the great seal of the state that calls for
9the immediate and unconditional release of all documents, investigative files, and
10sealed court records related to Jeffrey Epstein and any associated individuals,
11unless specific, narrowly tailored redactions are required to protect ongoing
12prosecutions or the identities of victims.

1(b) No later than 10 days after the effective date of this paragraph, the
2secretary of state shall transmit copies of the notice prepared under par. (a) to the
3president of the United States, the attorney general of the United States, and the
4director of the federal bureau of investigation and to each senator and
5representative from Wisconsin in the U.S. Congress.”.
