1(b) Rogers Behavioral Health shall submit to the department of health
2services a letter of intent that includes all of the following regarding the facility
3described under par. (a):
AB388-AA1,2,741. A statement that, for inpatient services at the facility, Rogers Behavioral
5Health will apply for certifications under chs. DHS 61, 75, and 124, Wis. Adm.
6Code, to the extent such certifications are required by law to provide inpatient
7hospital mental health services to adults and minors.
AB388-AA1,2,1182. A statement that, for residential services at the facility, Rogers Behavioral
9Health will apply for certifications under chs. DHS 75 and 83, Wis. Adm. Code, and
10ch. DCF 52, Wis. Adm. Code, to the extent such certifications are required by law to
11provide residential mental health services to adults and minors.
AB388-AA1,2,15123. A statement that, for partial hospitalization services at the facility, Rogers
13Behavioral Health will apply for certifications under chs. DHS 35, 40, 61, and 75,
14Wis. Adm. Code, to the extent such certifications are required by law to provide
15mental health partial hospitalization services to adults and minors.
AB388-AA1,2,19164. A statement that, for intensive outpatient services at the facility, Rogers
17Behavioral health will apply for certifications under chs. DHS 35, 40, 61, and 75,
18Wis. Adm. Code, to the extent such certifications are required by law to provide
19mental health intensive outpatient services to adults and minors.
AB388-AA1,2,23205. A statement that, for outpatient services at the facility, Rogers Behavioral
21Health will apply for certifications under chs. DHS 35 and 75, Wis. Adm. Code, to
22the extent such certifications are required by law to provide mental health
23outpatient services to adults and minors.
AB388-AA1,3,2246. A statement that the inpatient unit described in subd. 1. will admit

1involuntary patients to the inpatient unit under s. 51.15 within 2 years of accepting
2patients at the facility.
AB388-AA1,3,537. A statement that the facility will accept patients who are Medical
4Assistance recipients and a projected payer mix and projected Medical Assistance
5recipient census for each service line described in subds. 1. to 5.
AB388-AA1,3,868. Rogers Behavioral Healths plan for providing services to Medical
7Assistance recipients at the facility, which reflects the Medical Assistance
8population in the Chippewa Valley region of the state.
AB388-AA1,3,1099. A projected timeline for when each service line described in subds. 1. to 5.
10will be open to receive patients.
AB388-AA1,3,1411(c) If Rogers Behavioral Health submits proof of purchase or lease of land and
12the letter of intent submitted under par. (b) includes all of the information required
13by par. (b), the department of health services shall approve the letter of intent and
14award the grant under par. (a).
AB388-AA1,3,1915(d) Beginning within one year after the effective date of this paragraph, and
16annually for an additional 4 years thereafter, Rogers Behavioral Health shall
17submit to the department of health services a report regarding the facility
18described under par. (a), including updates on the information required in the letter
19of intent as outlined in par. (b) 1. to 9..
