ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 39

AB39-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB39-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete “233,”.

AB39-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 5: after “work hours” insert “for at least 80 percent of the employee’s regularly scheduled work hours per month”.

AB39-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with “telehealth” and ending with “or” on line 6.

AB39-AA1,1,8 4. Page 2, line 7: after “2020.” insert “This paragraph does not apply to employees of the investment board.”.

AB39-AA1,1,9 5. Page 2, line 9: delete “July 1, 2025” and substitute “December 31, 2025”.
