AB449-AA1,1,521. Page 2, line 6: delete the material beginning with “An” and ending with
3“structure.” on line 8 and substitute “An accessory dwelling unit shall be created by
4converting an existing structure that is within, attached to, or detached from a
5single-family dwelling.”.

AB449-AA1,1,962. Page 3, line 13: delete the material beginning with “An” and ending with
7“structure.” on line 15 and substitute “An accessory dwelling unit shall be created
