2services and making an appropriation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
AB450-ASA1,13Section 1. Fiscal changes.
AB450-ASA1,1,104(1) Supplies and services funding. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for
5the appropriation to the department of safety and professional services under s.
620.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $209,000 to
7provide funding for ongoing supplies and services. In the schedule under s. 20.005
8(3) for the appropriation to the department of safety and professional services under
9s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2026-27 is increased by $209,000
10to provide funding for ongoing supplies and services.

1(2) Data-driven decision-making position. (a) In the schedule under s.
220.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of safety and professional
3services under s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is
4increased by $48,640 to provide funding for 0.8 PR senior research analyst position.
5In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of safety
6and professional services under s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year
72026-27 is increased by $61,680 to provide ongoing funding for the position
8authorized under this subsection.
AB450-ASA1,2,159(b) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department
10of safety and professional services under s. 20.165 (2) (j), the dollar amount for
11fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $12,160 to provide funding for 0.2 PR senior
12research analyst position. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation
13to the department of safety and professional services under s. 20.165 (2) (j), the
14dollar amount for fiscal year 2026-27 is increased by $15,420 to provide ongoing
15funding for the position authorized under this subsection.
AB450-ASA1,2,2316(3) Call center positions. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the
17appropriation to the department of safety and professional services under s. 20.165
18(1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $956,400 to provide
19funding for 14.0 PR customer service call center office operations associate
20positions. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the
21department of safety and professional services under s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar
22amount for fiscal year 2026-27 is increased by $1,083,200 to provide ongoing
23funding for the positions authorized under this subsection.
AB450-ASA1,3,724(4) Administrative rules officer position. In the schedule under s. 20.005

1(3) for the appropriation to the department of safety and professional services under
2s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $75,100 to
3provide funding for 1.0 PR administrative rules officer position. In the schedule
4under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of safety and
5professional services under s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2026-
627 is increased by $96,100 to provide ongoing funding for the position authorized
7under this subsection.
AB450-ASA1,3,168(5) Legal support staff. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the
9appropriation to the department of safety and professional services under s. 20.165
10(1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $271,800 to provide
11funding for 3.0 PR paralegal positions and 1.0 PR attorney position to conduct
12casework for the investigation and discipline of credential holders. In the schedule
13under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of safety and
14professional services under s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2026-
1527 is increased by $358,300 to provide ongoing funding for the positions authorized
16under this subsection.
AB450-ASA1,4,217(6) License processing staff. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the
18appropriation to the department of safety and professional services under s. 20.165
19(1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2025-26 is increased by $875,500 to provide
20funding for 1.0 PR paralegal positions and 9.0 PR license permit program associate
21positions to conduct credential application processing. In the schedule under s.
2220.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of safety and professional
23services under s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2026-27 is

1increased by $875,500 to provide ongoing funding for the positions authorized
2under this subsection.
