AB969-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 3: delete lines 3 to 7 and substitute:

AB969-AA1,1,4 “Section 2g. 255.056 (1) (bg) of the statutes is renumbered 255.056 (1) (bg) (intro.) and amended to read:

AB969-AA1,1,6 255.056 (1) (bg) (intro.) “Drug” has the meaning given means any of the following:

AB969-AA1,1,7 1. A drug, as defined in s. 450.01 (10).

AB969-AA1,2r Section 2r. 255.056 (1) (bg) 2. and 3. of the statutes are created to read:

AB969-AA1,1,10 255.056 (1) (bg) 2. A nonprescription drug product, as defined in s. 450.01 (13m).

AB969-AA1,1,11 3. A prescription drug.”.
