1At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB130-SA1,1,221. Page 5, line 11: delete “or obscene material”.

SB130-SA1,1,332. Page 5, line 21: after that line insert:

SB130-SA1,1,64“(4m) Enforcement and penalty. (a) The department or the department of
5justice in consultation with the department may investigate a violation of sub. (2)
6(b).

SB130-SA1,1,127(b) The department or the department of justice in consultation with the
8department may commence an action in any court of competent jurisdiction in the
9name of this state to restrain by temporary or permanent injunction a violation of
10sub. (2) (b). Before entry of final judgment, the court may make any necessary
11orders to restore to a person any pecuniary loss suffered by the person because of
12the violation.

1(c) The department or the department of justice in consultation with the
2department may commence an action in any court of competent jurisdiction in the
3name of this state to recover a civil forfeiture of not less than $100 and not more
4than $10,000 for each violation of sub. (2) (b).”.
