SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 326

SB326-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB326-SA2,1,9 1. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with “any” and ending with “nitrification.” on line 8 and substitute “a fertilizer product that includes a urease inhibitor, nitrification inhibitor, or controlled or slow-release formulation, as defined by an organization composed of state and federal officials that develops uniform laws and regulations for fertilizers, soil amendments, and related products to promote uniformity and consensus among regulatory programs by establishing definitions, standards, and guidance for the fertilizer industry to protect consumers and the environment.”.

SB326-SA2,1,12 2. Page 3, line 13: delete “50 percent of the cost of preparing the plan” and substitute “the rate established by the department under any program created under s. 92.14”.

SB326-SA2,2,2 3. Page 4, line 5: after “year.” insert “No person may receive grants under this section for practices that are funded by other grant programs.”.
