SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 365

SB365-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB365-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: after “vehicles” insert “and display of vehicle registration decals”.

SB365-SA1,1,4 2. Page 4, line 12: after that line insert:

SB365-SA1,1,5 “Section 8L. 341.15 (1m) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB365-SA1,1,8 341.15 (1m) (a) Except as provided in par. (b) or (c) to (d), any registration decal or tag issued by the department shall be placed on the rear registration plate of the vehicle in the manner directed by the department.

SB365-SA1,8n Section 8n. 341.15 (1m) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

SB365-SA1,2,2 341.15 (1m) (d) If the department issues 2 decals to indicate the registered weight class of a vehicle, the decals shall be displayed on the registration plates attached to the front and rear of the vehicle in the manner directed by the department.”.
