SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 656

SB656-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB656-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 8: delete “2026, 2027, or 2028” and substitute “2027, 2028, or 2029”.

SB656-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 9: delete “$2,000” and substitute “$1,500”.

SB656-SA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 11: after “school year,” insert “in the school year following the school year in which the consolidation takes effect, $650 multiplied by the number of pupils enrolled, as defined in s. 115.437 (1), in the school district in that school year,”.

SB656-SA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 11: delete “4” and substitute “3”.
