SB66-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB66-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: before “designed” insert “intentionally”.

SB66-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 18: delete lines 18 and 19 and substitute:

SB66-AA1,1,6 “347.50 (6) Any person violating s. 347.495 may be fined not more than $1,000 for a first offense and fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, for a 2nd or subsequent offense.”.
