Notice of Suspension of an Administrative Rule

(Environmental Protection--Water Supply, Chs. NR 800--)
The Joint Committee for the Review of Administrative Rules met in Executive Session on September 18, 1996 and adopted the following motion:
“That, pursuant to s. 227.26 (2) (d), Stats., the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules suspend s. NR 812.31 (2) (b) in part, striking the words, `so that setting or removal of the pump, pump piping or other appurtances (sic) is impeded,' for the reason cited in s. 227.19 (4) (d) 2., Stats.”
