Regulation and Licensing — Veterinary Examining Board	Revising sections VE 2.01 (2), 3.03 and 3.03 (5) to comply with the National Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners (NBVME) contract requirements, and to make the rules consistent with recent legislation allowing foreign veterinary graduates to show completion of the Program for the Assessment of Veterinary Education Equivalence (PAVE) as an alternative to completion of the Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates Certification program (ECFVGC).
Transportation:	Revises Chapter Trans 405, relating to siting noise barriers.
