The scope statement for this rule was published in Register No. 662 on February 14, 2011, was sent to the Legislative Reference Bureau prior to the effective date of 2011 Wis. Act 21. The scope statement was approved by the Barbering and Cosmetology Examining Board by passive approval under 227.135 (2), Stats., on March 2, 2011.

On February 13, 2012, the Cemetery Board submitted a proposed rule, CB 3 to 5 (Authority transfer) to the Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
