PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE

COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats.

  SUBJECT:         Milk and Milk Products

  ADM. CODE REFERENCE:     ATCP 60, 65, and 80

  DATCP DOCKET #:       13-R-06 and 13-R-13

Public hearings on this rule are tentatively scheduled for February 13, 2015 in Sheboygan; February 20, 2015 in Madison; February 23, 2015 in Menomonie, and February 24, 2015 in Wausau. This rule repeals chs. ATCP 60 and 80 and creates ch. ATCP 65.

The scope statement for SS 133-13 (ch. ATCP 60) was approved by the Governor on October 15, 2013. The scope statement for SS 132-13 (ch. ATCP 80) was approved by the Governor on October 14, 2013. Both scope statements were published in Register No. 694 on October 31, 2013, and they were approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on November 13, 2013.
