NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL STAFF
Rule Submittal Date
In accordance with ss. 227.14 (4m) and 227.15, Stats., the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance is submitting a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse on December 22, 2014. The statement of scope for this rule SS 082-14 was approved by the Governor on August 18, 2014, published in Register No. 705, on September 14, 2014, and approved by the Commissioner on September 26, 2014.
Analysis
These changes will affect Section Ins 2.14, 2.15, and 2.16, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to disclosure requirements for life insurance and anuity contracts.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
The date for the public hearing is January 23, 2015.
