On February 27, 2015, the Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling and Social Work Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules amend s. MPSW 16.01 (1) (b) and (2) (a) relating to supervised hours for marriage and family therapists. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 122-14, was approved by the Governor on October 20 2014, published in Register No. 707B, on November 30, 2014, and approved by Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling and Social Work Examining Board on December 19, 2014. A public hearing is required and will be held on March 30, 2015.
