Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 9, 2015, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 10 and 11, relating to the 2015 Annual Wildlife Management Spring Hearings.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 113-14, was approved by the Governor on October 31, 2014, published in Register No. 707A, on November 14, 2014 and approved by the Natural Resources Board as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats.) on December 10, 2014. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on April 13, 2015 in every county of the state.
