NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Subchapter V of ch. 115, Stats., and s. 227.11 (2) (a) (intro), Stats., and interpreting Subchapter V of ch. 115, Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the revision of Chapter PI 11 relating to identification of children with significant developmental delay (SDD). This hearing will be regarding both the ch. PI 11 emergency and permanent rule changes.
