The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development announces it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: Minor and Technical Changes to the Worker's Compensation Program
ADM. CODE REFERENCE: Ch. DWD 80 SCOPE STATEMENT NO. : SS 061-14 The Governor approved the Scope Statement (SS 061-14) on July 1, 2014. It was published in Register no. 703A on July 15, 2014 and approved by the Secretary on August 15, 2014. GOVERNOR’S APPROVAL
OF SCOPE STATEMENT: July 1, 2014
