Notice of Hearing

The Department of Natural Resources announces that it will hold a public hearing on an emergency rule to revise ch. NR 150, relating to the department's environmental analysis and review procedures under the Wisconsin Environmental Policy Act, at the time and place shown below.

This emergency rule went into effect upon publication on June 10, 2015. It was approved by the Natural Resources Board on May 27, 2015 and approved by the governor June 3, 2015. A public hearing on a companion permanent rule was held June 2, 2015. The permanent rule will be submitted for approval at the August, 2015 Natural Resources Board meeting.
