Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 22, 2015, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters 320 to 325 and Appendix, relating to decks for one- and two-family dwellings.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 138-13, was approved by the Governor on October 29, 2013, published in Register No. 695A, on November 15, 2013, and approved by Secretary Dave Ross for the Department of Safety and Professional Services on November 26, 2013.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on June 29th.
