Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On June 3, 2015, the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance submitted a proposed rule and Notice of Hearing to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.14 (4m) and 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect s. Ins 17.01(3) and 17.28 (6), Wis. Admin. Code, relating : Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund Annual Fund and Mediation Panel Fees for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and affecting small business. A related emergency rule provided to Legislative Council on June 3, 2015, and affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose will be published on June 11, 2015.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 029-15, was approved by the Governor on January 15, 2015, published in Register No. 711A4, on March 23, 2015, and approved by the Commissioner on April 6, 2015. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on July 28, 2015 for both the permanent and emergency rule.
