Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On July 16, 2015, the Occupational Therapists Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters OT 1, 3, and 4 relating to self-referral of occupational therapy services. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 009-15, was approved by the Governor on January 29, 2015, published in Register No.710A2, on February 9, 2015, and approved by the Occupational Therapists Affiliated Credentialing Board on March 3, 2015. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on September 15, 2015.
