Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On November 5, 2015, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapter SPS 305, relating to certification to inspect fire detection, prevention, and suppression devices.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 039-15, was approved by the Governor on April 7, 2015, published in Register No. 712A3, on April 20, 2015, and approved by Secretary Dave Ross for the Department of Safety and Professional Services on April 30, 2015.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on December 11, 2015.
