PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE
COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: Animal Disease and Movement, Animal Markets, Dealers and Truckers
ADM. CODE REFERENCE: Chs. ATCP 10 and 12 DATCP DOCKET #: 14-R-13
The Department will hold a public hearing on this rule on December 21, 2015, in Madison.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 111-14, was approved by the Governor on October 8, 2014, published in Register No. 706 on October 31, 2014, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on November 19, 2014.
