On October 29, 2015, the Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling and Social Work Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter MPSW 1, relating to rules, application, exam and renewal procedures. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 088-14, was approved by the Governor on August 25, 2014, published in Register No. 705A, on September 14, 2015, and approved by Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling and Social Work Examining Board on October 28, 2015.
