PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE

COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats.

  SUBJECT: Bulk Milk Collection, Sampling, and Transportation

The Department will hold public hearings on this rule on January 20, 2016, in Madison, January 22, 2016, in Green Bay and January 25, 2016, in Eau Claire. The scope statement for this rule, SS 089-15, was approved by the Governor on August 28, 2015, published in Register No. 717A1 on September 8, 2015, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on September 23, 2015.
