PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE

COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats.

The Department will hold a public hearing on this rule on February 17, 2016, in Madison. The scope statement for this rule, SS 127-15, was approved by the Governor on November 6, 2015, published in Register No. 719A2 on November 9, 2015, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on December 16, 2015.
