NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CHAPTER PI 49

SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 115.7915 (10), Stats., and interpreting s. 115.7915, Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the creation of an emergency rule, chapter PI 49, relating to the Special Needs Scholarship Program. This hearing will be regarding creation of the PI 49 emergency rule only.
