DENTISTRY EXAMINING BOARD
The Dentistry Examining Board is submitting the following notice:
Notice of Effective Date of 2013 Wisconsin Act 244 required under section 15 (1) of 2013 Wisconsin Act 244
Pursuant to Section 16 of 2013 Wisconsin Act 244, 2013 Wisconsin Act 244 act takes effect on October 1, 2016, except that the treatment of sections 447.01 (10) and 447.02 (2) (f), (g), and (h) of the statutes and SECTION 15 (1) of that act took effect on the day after publication of the act, April 10, 2014.
