Notice of submittal of proposed rule to
legislative council rules clearinghouse
On July 13, 2016 , the Department of Natural Resources submitted proposed rule AM-07-15 to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 404 and 484, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to the ambient air quality standards for fine particles (PM2.5). Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 054-15, was approved by the governor on June 10, 2015, published in Register No. 714A3, on June 15, 2015, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on August 12, 2015. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
