Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On September 6, 2016, the Medical Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapters Med 1 and 14, relating to general update and cleanup of rules.

Statement of Scope

A revised statement of scope for this rule, SS 052-16, was approved by the Governor on June 2, 2016, published in Register No. 726A1 on June 6, 2016, and approved by the Medical Examining Board on June 20, 2016. The revised scope statement modifies SS 076-15, published in Register No. 716A3 on August 17, 2015.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on October 19, 2016.
