PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: Producer Led Watershed Protection Grants

A related emergency rule, EmR1611, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect. The Department will hold a public hearing on this rule on October 17, 2016, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Department Board Room at 2811 Agriculture Drive, Madison.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 093-15, was approved by the Governor on September 8, 2015, published in Register No. 717A2 on September 14, 2015, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on September 23, 2015.
