The State of Wisconsin Department of Children and Families announces that it will hold a public hearing on proposed revisions to chs. DCF 52, 54, 56, 57, and 59, relating to supporting normalcy for children in out-of-home care, at the time and place below.

Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and will be afforded the opportunity to make an oral presentation of their positions. Persons making oral presentations are requested to submit their facts, views, and suggested rewording in writing.

Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis
The proposed rules will affect out-of-home care providers, some of which are small businesses under s. 227.114 (1), Stats. Exemption or less stringent compliance for small business is not possible due to federal and state statutory requirements on the rights of children in the care of these providers.
