On October 12, 2016, the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter CSB 2.42, relating to scheduling furanyl fentanyl A related emergency rule, Em1626, affecting the same Administrative Code provision contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 070-16, was approved by the Governor on August 4, 2016, published in Register No. 728A2, on August 8, 2016, and approved by the Controlled Substances Board on September 1, 2016 Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 15, 2016 at 9:30 a.m.
