The scope statement for this rule, SS 063-16, was approved by the Governor on July 11, 2016, published in Register No. 727A3 on July 18, 2016, and approved by the Secretary of Revenue on August 3, 2016. Analysis
The proposed rule order concerns the annual electronic filing of Tax Incremental District annual reports with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
