NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 115.7915 (10), Stats., and interpreting s. 115.7915, Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the promulgation of Clearinghouse Rule 16-066 and Emergency Rule 1630, related to revisions to the special needs scholarship program. This hearing will be regarding both the PI 49 emergency and permanent rule changes.
