The statement of scope for this rule, SS 057-16, was approved by the Governor on June 23, 2016; published in Register No. 727A1 on July 4, 2016; and approved by Secretary Eloise Anderson on July 20, 2016. Analysis
The proposed rules affect DCF 150, relating to the child support percentage of income standard.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held in Madison on December 20, 2016. The organizational unit responsible for the promulgation of the proposed rule is the Division of Family and Economic Support.
