OF PROPOSED PERMANENT RULES

Chapter VA 18, Education Assistance Program

Introduction and purpose

This is a request for comments on the economic impact of the attached draft proposed rules, VA 18.

This request is made by the Department of Veterans Affairs under s. 227.137, Stats., to solicit information and advice from businesses, associations representing businesses, local governmental units, and individuals who may be affected by the proposed rules for use in analyzing and determining the economic impact that the rules would have on businesses, individuals, public utility rate payers, local governmental units, and the state’s economy as a whole.

Confidentiality

Comments on the draft proposed rules are voluntary. Your name and comment or a summary thereof, may be made available to the public.

Comment period

Comments on the economic impact of draft proposed rules will be accepted by the Department of Veterans Affairs beginning on November 28, 2016 and ending on December 12, 2016.
