On November 2, 2016, the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation submitted a proposed permanent rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed permanent rule affect Ch. Trans 400, relating to Wisconsin Environmental Policy Act. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this permanent rule, SS 060-16, was approved by the Governor on July 11, 2016, published in Register No. 727A3, on July 18, 2016, and approved by Mark Gottlieb, P.E., as required by Wis. Stat. s. 227.135(2). Agency Procedure for Promulgation
