Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On December 23, 2016, the Physical Therapy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules create Chapter PT 10, relating to authority of physical therapists to order X-rays. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 066-16, was approved by the Governor on July 21, 2016, published in Register No. 728A1 on August 1, 2016, and approved by the Physical Therapy Examining Board on August 19, 2016. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for February 8, 2017.
