Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On February 16, 2017, the Chiropractic Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules revise Chapters Chir 4 and 10, relating to courses of study for and delegation to chiropractic technicians and chiropractic radiological technicians. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 062-15, was approved by the Governor on July 21, 2015, published in Register No. 715B on July 27, 2015, and approved by the Chiropractic Examining Board on August 10, 2015. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for March 30, 2017.
