PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: Swine Animal Disease Control

The Department will hold public hearings on this rule on April 5, 2017, in Dodgeville, and April 12, 2017, in Fond du Lac.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 010-16, was approved by the Governor on January 26, 2016, published in Register No. 722A2 on February 8, 2016, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on March 22, 2016.
