On March 13, 2017, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 088-15, was approved by the Governor on August 15, 2015, published in Register 2015 717A1, on September 8, 2015, and approved by former DHS Secretary, Kitty Rhoades, on October 14, 2015. Subject
Chapter DHS 145, relating to control of communicable diseases. Public hearings
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
