Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 16, 2017, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 302, 320, 327, 381, and 383, relating to camping units.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 143-15, was approved by the Governor on December 15, 2015, published in Register No. 720B on December 28, 2015, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on January 11, 2016.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for April 20, 2017.
